Medical:
The Medical Directors may supervise the establishment of generic field hospitals at a site designated by the hosts. Civilian nurses with functional impressions may stay in the field hospitals. Each field hospital will fly a single hospital flag, yellow with a green letter “H”.
During the battle scenarios, red aid station flags may be flown as well. The Medical Directors will clearly delineate functional emergency medical and simulated historical medical roles before any combat during the event.
Music:
Musicians must be functional fifers, drummers, buglers, or bandsmen and will be expected to perform normal camp and field duty signals. No bagpipes, please. The Principal Musician may audition musicians to ensure each is able to meet the basic standards. Period instruments (including reproductions) and arrangements are required.
Signals:
The chief of signals will establish a signal station and handle communications in a manner consistent with period practice.
All other specialized impressions must be approved prior to the event.
